Refund / Replacement Policy

Refund will not be provided for compatibility issues of software i.e. your computer should have minimum system requirements to install & run it.

The only case in which a valid and working license can be refunded / replaced is in case of a duplicated order, not any other.

Defective / invalid keycodes shall be replaced or refunded (if required), depending upon the situation.
